—Aton International, Inc., Specialists in Device Integration, Data Access and Data Transformation, today announced its CEO, Constance Kobylarz, has purchased additional shares of the privately held company from its founder, Charles Wilde and now holds majority ownership in the company.
Since becoming the chief executive in August 2001, Ms Kobylarz has led the transformation of the company from software consulting to mobile software product development. She
spearheaded the development of closer ties with key technology partners including Microsoft and HP.
”Two years ago, we began shifting company resources into a business area that we anticipated would have substantial growth -- enterprise use of mobile devices and device integration with legacy systems. We are continuing to execute on that business plan. I am confident that Aton International is on the right track to see continued growth over the next several years,” Ms Kobylarz commented.
