This new version offers a number of ease of use features including full screen landscape mode, new soft keyboard and “on the fly” session switching which allow the user to access both mainframe and web services data without having to exit a program or reset the device. Aton Connect for Windows Mobile Pocket PC is targeted at enterprises, universities and systems integrators. The product is ideally suited for IT projects that need to deliver data to mobile workers rapidly at low cost.

Aton Connect for Windows Mobile Pocket PC combines a .NET component with a user interface that looks like the screen of a TN3270 terminal. The software can be used to view mainframe
data on the Pocket PC in two ways:
1. Download it directly to view mainframe data in the traditional 3270 “green screen” format.
2. Use the .NET component with our optional Toolkit to build a “Smart Client” application that does more than just display mainframe screens.
