Aton Connect for Windows Mobile Smartphone works by connecting to your company’s existing host access servers using terminal emulation
. The software combines a .NET component connecting to the host via terminal emulation with a user interface that looks like the screen of a host
server terminal, either TN3270 (IBM System z or zSeries), TN5250 (IBM System i or iSeries) or VT220 (Linux/Unix Telnet). The screen looks very similar to the desktop terminal emulator
you already use. Aton Connect lets you take advantage of the infrastructure your company already has and take it mobile.

Tool Tips & Help - tool tips and help integrated into Aton Connect assist new users to navigate the program. The help system also lists how to use the hardware keyboard
